Welcome to Kagi Mail! Our privacy-first email service is built the Kagi way, designed to give you the clarity, control, and intelligence you expect from every Kagi product.
First, if you don't want the name in the greeting to be visible to others, head over here and update your outgoing name.
Key features to explore
Highlights: See which emails need an action, response, or acknowledgment, not just which ones are unread.
Summaries and thread maps: Scan your inbox with one-line summaries for new emails, and see who’s involved and what’s still pending in long threads.
Rules, labels, and email sorting: Organize incoming mail with opt-in, natural-language rules like, “Label all invoices ‘finance’ and skip the inbox.” Apply multiple labels to any email, and choose what rules can access and do.
Kagi Assistant: Email [email protected] to ask a question, or include it in a thread to ask about the conversation. Reply to the Assistant in that thread to create a rule for how it processes future messages in that thread.
Custom domains & aliases: Use your own domain and create custom aliases or randomized @kagimail.com addresses. Disable aliases that attract spam, and set a name and signature for each.
Search: Find answers in your mail with plain-language questions like “What budget did we agree on in March?”. End your query with a ? to trigger a quick answer, just like in Kagi Search, and get the information you need without digging through a list of emails.
Privacy by design
Kagi Mail continues the Kagi ethos and promise of privacy by design. Your inbox is yours alone: we automatically strip tracking pixels, proxy images, and block invisible trackers. As we refine the service, privacy will remain at the heart of every decision we make.
