Dear Disroot Support Team / Muppeth,
Thank you for your previous email and for bringing this issue to my attention.
I now fully understand the situation. A few days before your message, my system encountered multiple bugs, and I also discovered loopholes in our terms of service. Some individual users deliberately registered trademarked domain names, which caused confusion. To address this, I sent out system notifications to all users. My system has over 1,800 registered users, and I sent more than 1,000 emails in total, using a round‑robin rotation of about 30 mailbox accounts. These accounts belonged to the initial members of my project team when the project started.
Among those sender addresses, several were @disroot.org accounts. As you pointed out, I tested and found that almost all of them have been blocked. This was entirely my oversight – I should have set up my own mail server instead of relying on third‑party email services. I sincerely apologise to Disroot and to my original project team members for the trouble this has caused.
I would like to humbly request that you unblock my personal account [email protected]. I assure you that I will never use this address for any system‑wide bulk sending again. I will use it only for personal correspondence, and I will never use it for sending spam or any marketing messages. I have been using [email protected] for more than three years, since high school, and it has always been for personal use only – not for any promotional or unsolicited emails. It is linked to many important services, such as bills, social media accounts, registrations, and more. Losing this address would cause me significant difficulty and disruption.
I fully understand your decision to block the bulk senders, and I take full responsibility for my mistake. I kindly ask you to reconsider the block on my personal account, and I promise to abide by your policies strictly from now on.
Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I look forward to your positive reply.
Yours sincerely,
Xylon ([email protected])
